757pub is an online gaming platform designed for Filipino players who want straightforward access to slots, live casino tables, sports betting, and more — all from one account, in Philippine Peso. This FAQ page is updated regularly to reflect the most accurate information about how the platform works.
Browse the categories below or scroll through the full list of questions. Each answer is written to be direct and practical, without unnecessary jargon. If your question is not listed, use the live chat support available after logging in to your account.
Account & Registration
Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, mobile number, and a username and password of your choice. After submitting, you will receive an email with a verification link. Click it to confirm your address, then complete the mobile OTP step if prompted. The whole process usually takes under ten minutes.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on 757pub. This applies to all players regardless of where in the Philippines they are based. Age confirmation may be required as part of the account verification process.
No. Each person is allowed only one account on 757pub. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, contact support through live chat — they can help you recover access without needing to create a new one.
Log in to your account and go to your account settings or profile section. From there, you can update your mobile number, email address, and password. For changes that require identity verification — such as updating your registered name — contact support directly and they will guide you through the process.
First, double-check that your username or email and password are entered correctly — they are case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, contact support via live chat or refer to this FAQ for account recovery steps. If your account appears locked after multiple failed attempts, support can assist you with unlocking it after verifying your identity.
Deposits & Withdrawals
757pub accepts deposits through Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. GCash and Maya are among the e-wallet options available. All transactions are denominated in PHP (Philippine Peso). Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering methods on this platform.
Most deposits processed through e-wallets and online banking are credited quickly — often within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank. If your deposit has not appeared after a reasonable wait, contact support with your transaction reference number so the team can check the status.
Go to the withdrawal section within your account dashboard and select your preferred withdrawal method. Withdrawals are processed back to your verified payment channel in PHP. Processing times vary by method. Make sure your account is fully verified before requesting a withdrawal, as unverified accounts may have withdrawal restrictions.
Minimum deposit amounts apply and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Log in to your account and visit the Deposit section to see the current minimum and maximum limits for each available method.
Withdrawals may be declined for several reasons — incomplete account verification, unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds, or a mismatch between your registered details and your payment account. If your withdrawal was declined, contact support with the transaction details so they can provide a specific explanation and help you resolve the issue.
Games & Game Lobby
757pub offers a variety of game categories including online slots, live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), eBingo, and sports betting. The full game library is accessible through the Game Lobby once you are logged in. New titles and categories are added from time to time.
Yes. The 757pub platform is fully mobile-optimized and works on any modern smartphone browser — no app download required. Whether you are in Manila, Cebu, Davao, or anywhere else in the Philippines, you can access all games directly from your mobile browser as long as you have a stable internet connection.
Game outcomes on 757pub are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by physical dealing and spinning in real time. This means no predetermined outcomes and no manipulation of results. Slot games also display their RTP (return to player) rates, which gives you a general idea of how frequently a game pays out over time.
In most cases, if a game disconnects mid-round, the outcome is recorded server-side and your result will be applied when the session is restored. If you log back in and notice a discrepancy in your balance, contact support immediately with the date, time, and game name so they can investigate and resolve it.
Sports Betting
757pub covers a wide range of sports markets that are popular with Filipino bettors, including basketball (PBA and NBA), international football, boxing, volleyball, and esports. International events such as major football leagues and boxing cards are also available. Visit the Sports section to see all current markets and odds.
Yes, live betting is available on selected events. Odds are updated in real time as the game progresses. Live markets vary by sport and event. Check the Sports section in your account for the current selection of in-play betting opportunities.
If a match is cancelled or postponed and does not resume within the platform's settlement window, bets are typically voided and the stake is returned to your account balance. Specific rules may vary depending on the sport and bet type. Check the Terms & Conditions or contact support for details on a specific event.
Responsible Gaming & Account Safety
Log in and go to the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings. From there, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately once set. You can lower a limit at any time, but raising it will require a waiting period as a built-in safeguard. More details are available on the Responsible Gaming page.
Yes. 757pub offers both cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. A cooling-off period temporarily suspends deposits and game access for a set number of days. Self-exclusion is a longer-term restriction. Both can be requested through account settings or by contacting support directly. During an active restriction, you will not receive promotional messages from us.
Use a strong, unique password and enable OTP verification on your account. Never share your login credentials with anyone — 757pub support staff will never ask for your password. Log out after sessions on shared devices, and only access your account through the official 757pub.org website. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support.
No. All games on 757pub involve an element of chance, and no strategy or system can guarantee consistent winnings. Gaming should be treated as entertainment with a cost — not as a method to generate income or recover financial losses. We encourage all players to play within a set budget and use the responsible gaming tools available in their accounts.
Promotions & Bonuses
757pub runs promotions for registered members from time to time, including welcome offers for new players and ongoing campaigns for existing members. The specific offers available to your account depend on your activity and account status. Log in and visit the Promotions page to see what is currently active for you.
Yes, most bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific terms — including the wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period — are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Always read the full terms of a promotion before claiming it to avoid any surprises when you try to withdraw.
Bonuses may not appear if eligibility conditions were not met — for example, not reaching the minimum deposit for a welcome offer, or having an active self-exclusion on your account. If you believe you should have received a bonus and it has not been applied, contact support with the relevant promotion details and they will investigate.
